The Kinnings Academy - the leadership program for East German opportunity providers

The Kinnings Academy invites young people with responsibility to take their leadership skills to a new level.
In a unique program, participants undergo leadership training at the highest international level, travel to other European countries and surpass themselves in virtual coaching sessions.

The offer

• Leadership training: enhancement of skills such as confident leadership, problem-solving skills and convincing presence.
• Network: contact with mentors, sponsors, role models and like-minded talents.
• Arena for constructive discourse: experience spaces for honest exchange, joint struggle for solutions and fun.

We are looking for

Opportunity providers for children and young people: between 18 and 35 years old, from Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia, who want to take on responsibility and build something new, who are convinced that they can achieve more together than alone, who are passionate but always respectful in fighting for their cause, and who have the desire and time to get involved in the Academy from June 2024 to May 2025.
